Hi, I’ve put more work into my newest plugin since I last posted about it, and right now I can’t think of any additions, fixes, or changes that it needs. Is it finished?

Over the past few days I’ve added ten presets that show off its capabilities, but it’s really the end user that has the most command over the plugin–it’s definitely not a “one click and you’re done” sort of thing. I also tried to incorporate a somewhat-newer version of the VSTGUI code but that caused the UI to not redraw itself when the controls were turned (likely due to version incompatibilities).

So maybe it’s done (maybe), but I’m afraid it won’t be seen for sale on this site for quite a while. When I get my webshop up and running, ToneGen will have first dibs. After that, I need to redo the MIDIGen section of this site so that I can finally make the second version of that plugin available. Then, well, there is another plugin I’ve already created web pages for which may get third billing (I don’t remember if I’ve ever posted anything about that VST or not). This new plugin will show up eventually, though–it’s worth the wait, promise!
